China's response to the USA crash

From Wikipedia stumbled upon Chinese news about the USA crash
The United States, the world's sole superpower, has engaged in irresponsible spending for years.
Probably "sole superpower" is sarcasm and "irresponsible" doesn't seem a sign of love.
